My friend and I were intrigued by the sign and decided to drop in!
The simmered pork cutlet was made with pork belly that had been simmered for four hours, and it was so tender you could cut it with a spoon. (*^^*)
The medium spicy option wasn't too spicy! Even I, who don't like spicy food, found it easy to eat!
Next time, I'd like to try the simmered pork cutlet topping, which I've been curious about!

A normal, delicious curry restaurant. I had braised pork curry. The braised pork was delicious!

I visited the restaurant when it first opened and I wanted to eat there again. It was my second time and it was delicious. I'll definitely come again.

The restaurant seems to be run by a single owner.
When I arrived, he asked if it was my first time, and when I said it, he didn't even offer me any cold water and started explaining his recommendations and portions while looking at the menu.
To be honest, if he's only going to tell me things I can easily understand by looking at the menu, it's a waste of time and I'd rather have him let me decide at my own pace.
And he did that while there were other customers waiting for their food, so I wondered why.
Apparently the recommended dish was the braised pork cutlet curry, but I wasn't in the mood for curry, so I ordered the 1,000 yen stamina bowl.
After a while, the food was served, and since I usually eat rice bowls with chopsticks, when I tried to pick up my chopsticks to eat, the owner said, "It's hard to eat with chopsticks, so I'd prefer a spoon. I'll change it for you." I thought he didn't really mind, but he switched to the spoon instead.
As I was crumbling and stirring the egg in my stamina bowl, he said, "Don't stir the egg too much at first, you should do that after you've eaten a little bit of meat, lol," in a slightly mocking tone.
I'm sure he was being kind, but it was all just unnecessary and I immediately felt bad.
Plus, they kept asking other customers how it tasted, even though they weren't asked me. It's a bit strange.
The stamina bowl itself was made with finely chopped braised pork topped with mayonnaise and an egg. It was completely different from what I imagined. It wasn't too salty or bad, but it wasn't quite there. For 1,000 yen, it's not worth it.
But maybe it would have been different if they'd offered their signature curry.
I personally think I could have had a better meal without any unpleasant feelings if I'd gone to a nearby chain restaurant. It was a complete failure.
